One of the Lotus Domino servers is corrupting names.nsf after three or four days. We have tried to correct it with NFIXUP names.nsf while the Domino server was down. But, after we try that, the names.nsf gets corrupted again after two or three days.

We then tried a new replica of the names.nsf file. But that didn't solve the problem either. After two or three days, names.nsf gets corrupted again. But, there are no problems with this Lotus Notes database on other Domino servers. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

If this Lotus Notes database is fine on other servers, and you tried deleting it and making a fresh replica, then this is tough to diagnose. The next step is probably to uninstall/reinstall the Lotus Domino software itself. No guarantees, but this might help. You might also try upgrading it to the latest point version of your release stream while you're at it.

I had a similar problem years ago. It turned out to be a corrupt deletion stub. I fixed it by creating a replica which didn't include deletions. Although, that was a much older release of Domino, but perhaps might be worth looking into?
